In yin yoga, we often discuss how we overcome the ego, which sometimes without we realize, the ego has a big impact on our lives. Including how we manage emotions. All life has emotions. It could be said that emotions are part of life. If these emotions are managed well, then human instincts will develop naturally. But if the presence of emotions gets a larger portion than reason and logic, it will be very dangerous. A lot of stress, depression and tragic things happen as a result of wrong emotion management over a long period of time.
If we do correctly yin yoga poses, they will be able to bring you back into gentle touch emotions that you had neglected. For a moment, turn your gaze back, giving yourself time to observe again. Presenting the various colors from the past, saying hello for a moment and letting them go.
When our steps are moving too fast, it is wise to give us a break, to stop for a moment. This is a form of love for yourself. What you are looking for is not always far away. Then you don't have to keep running after. The answer to some of your questions lies within you. Find it.
