When I watch lead teacher Yuni's anatomy class, suddenly I remember when I started my search for yoga. At that time, I received very little literature and information. Yoga books that existed at that time mostly discussed the spiritual side of yoga. And it took extra effort to buy books, because at that time I was still studying in college. Slowly but surely I got information one by one. Until one day I felt I quite "understood" the uniqueness of yoga.
As a time goes by, I started sharing yoga. The next lesson, and perhaps more impressive lesson I learned when I shared yoga. Every experience leaves an impression and I fall in love even more. Even though I am no longer actively teaching now, it can be said that my love for yoga has crystallized, formed naturally. My long process of searching for identity, growing into a new understanding of life.
There are many motives for learning yoga.
There are those who want spiritual deepening,
There are those who want to make yoga a profession,
There are those who want to recover from illness.
Everything is good. But it would be better if you don't study only part of it, but study it as a whole, so that your knowledge and understanding becomes complete. Especially in this era where the flow of information is very massive, we must be able to explain yoga logically and completely, so that the message will be well delivered.
