Words of wisdom says, "we are unique and different."
Ok, let's take a look within ourselves. There are times when we feel differences such as weakness, for example not being firm in making decisions, having difficulty adapting to the surrounding environment, being afraid to talk in public, or simply... having difficulty saying "I love you" to the people we love.
When we find out: read books, ask friends... They say to be able to live in a world that requires "perfection", then you have to change!
OK, I want to change.
How to?
I secretly started reading again, hoping to get special guidance from the book I was reading. Then I started implementing it.
It turns out I can change! But I feel like this isn't me.
So that is an example, that we always live in a dilemma, whether to change or not.
We need to understand as human we were created perfect in imperfection.
When we already tried many things and still not "happy" with yourself, that's the time to reflect.
Start sorting out what needs to be changed and what doesn't.
Bring it back to the philosophy, "we are unique and different."
You will definitely feel happier and become focused and productive again.
In TTC Module 2 "Unwind & Letting Go", we learn to be quiet for a moment, rest our minds and mentality, also learn to "let go" of burdens that we don't need to carry.
What's the point of changing but always feels restless? Learn to understand that not all of your “change” is for the best.
There are times when we have to accept weakness.
Discover your special potential, hone it, sharpen it and use it to the maximum.
Isn't happiness the goal we most desire?
