I always love to meet and greet morning, which always brings peace and opens the door to inspiration.
For me, healing is a gradual process, starting from getting used to do positive things, giving yourself space to feel the beauty of the world.
No need to go far, scheduled and expensive vacations.
Try waking up early, and "finding yourself". Learn to listen to your inner voice, bring feelings in every breath, and get ready to greet the creative ideas that will soon come to you.
There's no need to rush into burdens or think about complicated things.
Relax. Enjoy your time while accompanied by a cup of coffee and birds chirping.
Believe me, morning will always brinsg abundant energy.
Before getting up from your seat, don't forget to give thanks. Just that.
