A shiny morning! It seems like yesterday it was raining around the yoga studio. The air feels clean. Even though I was a little worried because I was quite tired on the first day, plus working until 12 at night, turned out that I was in a pretty good mood this morning.
Body condition is quite fit. Is this because the body is entering "survive" mode? hahaha maybe.
Yoga experts often comment on the effectiveness of "the power of the mind." Maybe it works naturally the way it works for me, and for many other people too. Sometimes we don't realize it. I believe that there’s a very close connection between the mind and the body. When we strengthen our minds, our bodies will adjust and ready to work harder. Likewise what happens, vice versa.
So what is the basis for us to be able to strengthen our minds? The answer is when we are aware of the responsibilities charged on us. And try to present the best that we can. Showing enthusiasm to everyone we meet will influence the flow of energy around you.
